Who's there? Apparently not me!!
Oh well.
So, my brother and I finished our first Half Marathon together! It was a great experience!! :-)
I've also quit running so much (basically not at all, lately. Oops.) I re-joined 24 hour fitness and basically think the only time I will get to grab a workout will be in the WEEEEEEEE morning hours. Like, waking up at 4-430am, morning hours. Yah, I know. We'll see how THAT goes! ;-)
I also bought all the study materials to study to become a Certified Personal Trainer through ACSM. I've already conquered reading the entire first chapter, taking notes in my own words and making flash cards. I'm a nerd like that. This is something I've always wanted to do and I figured "Why wait!?". :-) I am very excited for this journey.
Till next time.
....hopefully more often than before, right? LOL

It's Official.
1. I am a HORRIBLE blogger.
2. I am signed up for the Armadillo Half Marathon on 3/6/11 with my big brother, Jeff! GO us! Both of our first half marathons.
I am more than halfway deep into my training... the farthest I have run so far is 9 miles.
Seriously, months ago I would laugh at the thought of myself running 9 miles.
Take that, 9 miles!
Mark my word... I have NO desire to run a full. This is torture on it's own! It's only a half, too.
Ah, what did I get myself into? Booooooo!

Goaaaaaaalllllllllll(s)!!!!
This year I am setting up goals and not resolutions. Here they are:
1. Run a half marathon (hopefully the Armadillo half in College Station on 3-6-11).
2. Simplify.... I've got a lot of clutter in my life and I want to decrease it by 50%, hopefully. Salvation Army and Goodwill will be seeing a lot of us this year!
3. Do a Bible study by myself. I went out and bought "The Power of a Praying Wife" at BN the other day.
4. Decorate our house. Make it our HOME. This may include new flooring ;-)
5. Eat 70% vegetarian. I have never been a big meat eater to begin with and I have really grown to love a lot of vegetarian dishes.
Anyone else make and goals?
